A dinner with friends at our table d'hôtes

Tarn is a land of flavors. Christiane combines freshness of vegetables grown in our organic vegetable garden, with local products bought in the surrounding markets, to prepare dishes with southern flavors. And don’t be surprised, our conversations may be interrupted by the passing of a hare or the hoot of the small eagle owl.   



Would you like to taste?

It all starts with a house aperitif accompanied by appetizers like a Roquefort lollipop, palm trees with olives or local cold meats like melsat or ficelou.

It will be followed by an "entrée" which can be a tart with pink garlic from Lautrec and green chard, or a fresh soup with zucchini from the garden. 

 Then comes the dish, whether traditional like cassoulet, parmentier with duck confit or duck breast accompanied by eggplant lasagna with pesto; or more original, like the Catalan beans with its meat pudding or Toulouse sausage rougail with its sage polenta, Then the local cheese platter from 3 udders, sheep, goat or cow. And finally, the dessert in the form of a pie, vacherin or panna cotta with the coulis of our raspberries. Do you want herbal tea or coffee?

We were going to forget the wine!

We have selected the bottles of several winemakers of this Gaillac wine which will seduce you with its variety and tipicity, especially with its unique grape varieties such as Braucol, Duras, Prunelart or Loin de L'oeil. And as we have cultivated our passion for wine during oenology sessions, we will be able to share with you all the knowledge and pleasure that we have had in discovering the specificities of Gaillac, the 7-wine vineyard.
