Sauna and massage

Concerned about your well-being, we have installed an infrared sauna in a room dedicated to your relaxation Based on the principle of dry heat which does not exceed 60 °, this sauna allows you to warm your body, improve the blood circulation and purify your skin. Thanks to the combined effects of chromotherapy and ionization with which this cabin is equipped, you can forget about stress and relax, if you wish, to the sound of Zen music. Cost of one session / person: 12 €. A session of approximately 30 minutes. We provide you with towel, bathrobe and mules. Booking is recommended.

If you want to extend your pleasure, you can book a massage session. In the hands of Elisabeth, a graduate of the Arnika school, you will enjoy the benefits of a relaxing massage (nursing touch, Californian) or, on the contrary, energizing (Ayurvedic, Chinese or Swedish) for almost an hour.
